The Challenge
To provide a multi functional space for Buckingham University’s graduation celebrations. The celebrations were held over 2 days and consisted of formal dining for 2500 guests spread over five sittings followed by a disco and party for the graduates.
The Solution
For this event we supplied over 1200m2 of marquee space, which encompassed the dining area, disco, bar, luxury toilets, catering and storage facilities.
The build process lasted approximately 2 weeks, with a 1 week derig. Tops Marquees staff were on-site for the duration of the event, to ensure any unforseen issues that may have arisen were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Fortunately they were not required, but we always insist on a “belts and braces” approach, ever more so on a project of this scale.
